The forecast: sunny and 70’s, so my kids and I are off to the Saturday Market for a day of music, food (Ritta’s!!!!!), art and PEOPLE WATCHING.  Not sure there’s a crowd like this anywhere else on earth- crazies, weirdos, homeless, hipsters, granolas, street performers, pot heads, professors, business owners, farmers, elitists, snobs, culture junkies- there’s something for everyone! The result is extremely entertaining, if not a little disorienting. The “real world” does not exist in this place, and that’s exactly why I love it! I hope everyone gets a little escape from reality today!
